I keep pointing out that the U.S. Constitution provides for the prosecution and even execution of traitors like Nancy Pelosi, Michael Moore, and Rosie O'Donnell during wartime--that their undermining of our president and troops when lives are on the line is NOT "FREE SPEECH" normally protected during peacetime...

Then the commie terrorist supporter lefties say "We're not at war--Congress hasn't declared war, Bush said mission accomplished, blah blah blah..."

I remind the dis-loyal opposition that a formal declaration is not necessary for us to be at war. Vietnam went on for well over a dozen years without a formal declaration of war--and it has been called "the Vietnam War" with a prominent memorial on the National Mall and everything...sure, it's also known as the Vietnam Conflict, but microsemantics are not the issue.

If we aren't at war, traitors, why are you squealing about your hatred of Bush and his efforts to thwart Islamofascism?

What and who do liberals think actually, physically protects their right to free speech and open dissent during peacetime? It is the very document, presidential power, and military forces that squelch that dissent during wartime, so as not to allow the enemy any quarter whatsoever.

You sound like a true patriot my friend.

Many of these you speak of do not hate Bush, they hate democracy. They are pushing for Socialism and ultimately Communism.

Keep up the fight. Never let them take you.

You cannot be a communist and liberal. Communism is 1 step backwards from fascism, the antithesis of liberalism.

Islamofascism also does not exist. There is no country which supports the ideals of Islam and the ideals of fascism - not even Iran.

Complaining about microsmantics isn't going to stand up in a court of law. If you have to be in a state of war to be a traitor then you have to be in a state of war to be a traitor. That is the law - not "Well if we're KIND OF in a state of war you can be a traitor. Just shut up and do what we say!"

Even if somehow the court was rigged then people can still protest the fact that they do not agree with the war. If they will be executed for treachery then so be it. Threatening people for their beliefs is the mainstay of fascist dictatorships, not democracies. Fortunately I don't think even Bush would step that low. It's a good job you're not in power isn't it?

Your post rambles all over the place and is full of self-contradictions, you do not cite the part of the Constitution that says the Bill Of Rights is suspended during wartime.

Furthermore, nobody is "squealing" about Bush's efforts. You may want to note that even the White House has quit using the absurd "islamofascist" term, because even though it sounds all good and terrifying, even they have come to realize that it doesn't make any sense.

Neither does your characterization of the domestic opposition as "commies, terrorist supporters, and traitors". It only shows how little functional understanding you have of what any of those terms mean.

No matter how much you rail against us, the fact remains that we were attacked by Saudis with Pakistani funding and we invaded Iraq in retaliation.

You really want to shoot me for pointing that out?

I would say that Donald Rumsfeld has done more to undermine the troops than everyone else put together.

What's your fixation on Pelosi? You have a problem with her talking to others? I'm sure she didn't sell your human rights to Syria, unlike Bush has done with the so called "Patriot Act".

'Wartime"???? Does the invisible 'war on terror' mirror the futile 'war on drugs'?
When are we not at war? exactly?

there are lots of things to always worry about the government,

we, the people, are supposed to be the government's watch dog,,

For the people, by the people, that's what you are forgetting.

It is not put up, shut up or get out like many Conservatives like to think it is.

It is our job to watch carefully what any administration, or agency is doing, report it, judge it, and change it if we don't approve of it.

A democracy is usually the majority rules.

Give us the facts and let us decide,
what are you afraid of?

It's not a war...it's an invasion on behalf of corporate interest.

"I spent 33 years and four months in active military service and during that period I spent most of my time as a high class muscle man for Big Business, for Wall Street and the bankers. In short, I was a racketeer, a gangster for capitalism. I helped make Mexico and especially Tampico safe for American oil interests in 1914. I helped make Haiti and Cuba a decent place for the National City Bank boys to collect revenues in. I helped in the raping of half a dozen Central American republics for the benefit of Wall Street. I helped purify Nicaragua for the International Banking House of Brown Brothers in 1902-1912. I brought light to the Dominican Republic for the American sugar interests in 1916. I helped make Honduras right for the American fruit companies in 1903. In China in 1927 I helped see to it that Standard Oil went on its way unmolested."

The endless occupation is creating more so called "terrorists" everyday.

If a power invaded the USA, and occupied us for years, we'd fight back too....and they'd call us terrorists.
