There's fakeass people around that think they're vampires cause it's out of the norm and they want to be different. Just like those that claim to be witches. Sure there's the religion of Wiccan, but no such thing as magical, spell casting witches...just people that watch too much Charmed.
If there's vampires then I'm Van Helsing so watch out!!

There ARE people with a blood fetish who THINK they are vampires.
And there are people with a blood disease who have severely receeding gums, become sensitive to light, and become pale - and when they drink blood they get better. (I forget the name of the condition, but I think it has something to do with inbreeding).
And there are emotional vampires.
But otherwise no, there are no real vampires.
But if you want to watch a cool movie, get NIGHT WATCH, watch it in the original Russian with the subtitles on - it's a whole new spin on vampires AND you'll feel like you took a two week tour of Russia.

Yes. There are real vampires in the world. You'll have to travel overseas to Transylvania and see a man named Vlad (they call him "the Impaler").

no there arent vampires in the real sense...there are however a few percentage of people who develope a disease which requires them to drink blood or else legions appear on their bodies and also they develope aging issues like multiple organ failure these people need blood to survive...they are as close to vampires as youll get...CSI just did an episode about the disease

No, of course not. There are people who like to dress up and pretend they are, and people who are deluded and believe they are, but there are not any Dracula-type, blood-drinking, undead vampires. No matter how hard some people wish. ;-)

i don't know but i have heard that there are people that cut their veins and suck each other's blood..and I am not saying that to be gross but I trulely have heard that before so I don't know if thats true or not.
