if i am not wrong then they are not paid less than 1 crore for a any commercial.Besides match fees and other awards are there for them.

Some one is willing to Pay and some Cricketer is taking. Both are paying Taxes. Why crib?
BCCI does not pay any Tax. Claims it is exempt under the Society Act!
ICC cried that unless the British Govt. offered them spl. Tax Concessions they will move their Head Quarters to the Gulf. Govt. refused.
Now ICC operates from the Gulf.

Commercials r a way to earn a quick buck for cricketers.Restricting himself to 3 commercials only would mean loss of loads of money for a cricketer. cricket stars endorse average of 9-10 brands just b'coz of the extra money involved.

Because of greedy for money as cutting down the advertisement to 3 commercials a year, their income from the commercials will be reduced and they do not like to loose the easy money coming in their way.

They are continue due to the pressure of the management company on BCCI. If they droped then these company have to face huge financial loss.
If you are not believing see the any news channel. They stated that senior player along with their management company willing to talk on the ban on their advertisement.
It prove that they are more concern of making money then playing for India.
Asked them what are you performance in the last 6 months, thay acheive nothing. They have no right to talk about the contracts.

commercials are done to earn money and fame from a cricketer's point of view.every cricketer wants to earn loads and loads of bucks.for instance, look at m.s.dhoni.he has endorsed in countless numbers.from hair gel to soft drinks.commercials are easiest way of making bucks without much effort.today's cricketers are buck-addicted.
