I tried Jelly FIsh and didn't like it, I don't like the taste and texture of snails, Frog is really good. I've eaten ants on a dare. The little ones taste like lemons. I have also eaten meal worms and bee larva.

I am way too much of a country girl at heart to try the "way-exotic" type of foods - eel, rodent, and the like - no way - however, I have had the opportunity to eat some of the largest shrimp I have ever seen in Norway! I was there for a gospel concert and the producers had a party for us - it included "reindeer', but again....the country girl in me would not allow me to eat that....

Fertilized eggs, buried in the ground for a couple of months. Asian in origin. The taste is like nothing that you've ever tried before. Real deep flavor, reminded me of .........well, never mind! Happy Easter!
