local supermarket. Gone are the days when you would have fresh milk before your post would arrive at breakfast. Unfortunately it is supply and demand. Also i know a number of Milkmen and they always used to do the books in pencil. This was beacause they would charge you a few pence extra and then rub out the price with the corrct one and pocket the diff. In a word TESCO

I haven't heard of a milk man for a long time. My Dad used to be one. Sometimes he would let me go along on his route. I have a great bond with my Dad. Believe it or not, some parts of Germany still have a milkman.

Yes we have a milkman for our village. Nearest supermarket is four miles away so easier that way.
