Your symptoms are either a heart attack or anxiety attack. most people think that anxiety attcks only happen during stressful times, but they can happen anytime even wake you from you sleep. You should have an ECG done to rule out heart attack, I really dont know how old you are so it is hard to say. During a panick attck you feel chest tightness, trouble cathching your breath and a lump in your throat.

It might be anxiety or from being nervous. Many times I felt as if my muscles in my chest was tightening or heavy pressure, like pushing down on me. But despite that, I'm alright. Just in case, you should see a doctor.

Are you nervous about something, or anxious then it's very likely it's a panic attack. Or, have you eaten anything that you might be allergic to? You should see a doctor just in case.

I've had panic attacks before, where this has happened, but with the knowledge that you can't die from a panic attack, also counting to ten slowly to relax, I've overcome this problem.

Good luck :)

I would go make an apt. with your doc. & keep track of your symptoms in a journal & what precipitates your feelings. Hopefully, it's just an anxiety attack.
