Slash is the better name, however, Prince is a great guitar player and entertainer. Still, in my opinion, no one compares to Hendrix.

Oh this is hard....both are great! I saw Prince a few yrs. back and I have to say...his guitar playing blew me away!
Not to mention Prince can play damn near all instuments...and what a song writer..he is without a doubt a music genius...but Slash can wail...and he can play the blues!!! Really I am at odds...I have to say of all guitarist I have to say Buddy Guy...Hendrix even cancelled his own gig to see Buddy...and Eric Clapton calls him the best in the world today..If you have or get to see Buddy Guy you will see why. Amazing!!! Thanks I love talking about great music. And Stevie Ray Vaughan....he stopped me in my tracks yrs. back when I first heard him!

he's no longer even a suited 20 guitarist interior the international. No hair metallic guitarist is. the excellent guitarists interior the international are in metallic bands, jazz bands, and a few rock bands. scale down is an icon, because of the fact of his hair, and he popularized the les paul. His stuff sounds good regardless of the undeniable fact that it is not problematic to play in any respect. in case you wanna see no longer common attempt to play a number of jason hooks stuff with loss of existence punch. yet scale down is somebody ppl think of of whilst they think of of guitar because of the fact of his seems and acceptance. They are both great it's really hard to say which is better. They play such different music it's hard to compare. Prince has more range though so I guess, I would have to pick him.

slash is the better of the two...ive seen plenty of vids of him playin his guitar...my fav one is when he was in toronto performing the american and canadian national anthems for the blue jays
