If it isnt broke, you havent looked hard enough. Fix it anyway.
(out of one of my management books). However yes, I have tried to fix many things I thought were broke and, sometimes were by the time I got done.

Yes, my hollandaise sauce. It was perfect the first time, but noooo, I had to go and try to "tweak" it the next time. Bad mistake.
