I used to manage a fast food restaurant so I feel that although my standards are a bit high I am always willing to wait if I see that they are under staffed...it is really hard when your shorthanded. But hands down the worst service & food that I have ever gotten has been from the KFC closest to my home. We have gone there 5 or 6 times and not only has the wait been long, but my order has been wrong & my food "old and cold." I don't mind waiting a bit longer for fresh hot food...but I hate waiting for "old & cold." We won't ever be there again....can you say Popey's?

I'm sure on any given day all fast food restaurants have bad service.. Wages, short staffed and no habla ingles'.. The best fast food (burger) restaurant in our experience is In and Out Burger. We have not had one bad experience and the places are clean and the staff friendly. The worst service was American Diner in Antioch,Ca Will never ever go there again.

I think any restaurant at any one time is capable of giving bad service depending on what is going on, but for me, it has to be McDonalds. It is always slow, and they mess the order again and again. Then when you call to make them aware of the problem, they have an attitude problem asking me why I did not check the order before I left. If it wasn't because it is the only fast food on my way to work, I would not stop there, but, it is so it' either stop there and suck it up and go without breakfast. My opinion.

So far McDonald's is the worst. The order is almost always messed up and usually the people that work there are disgusting and do not have any manners what so ever.

i think it relies upon what time you stroll in there. For me its continuously been McDonalds the main, one time we went in there and ordered 6 hamburgers...nicely, we've been given the hamburgers and that replaced into all!! 6 meat patties!! yet yet lower back we went via force via and have been given a cheeseburger with 3 bites taken out of it! I artwork at Dairy Queen and that i understand for a fact that we're not aloud to serve ANY form of foodstuff thats been interior the shoppers hand (even the ketchup packets) whilst they return them, so i myself do no longer bypass to McDonalds anymore. so a techniques as slow or rapid i think of it merely relies upon on what time of the day you bypass in there

The Taco Bell by where I used to live was #1...now that I have moved, it is the Eegees by my new house. What do they have in common? Young kids working with no adult for supervision. Even the "manager" is , like, 12 years old (ok, exaggerating...)

I'd have to go with KFC. I have never had so many people that hate their job serving me as I've seen at KFC.
It's almost like most of the workers want to get fired and go on unemployment.
