Current and Now are ones that I came up with on my own.

Here is the listing I found at www.dictionary.com:
ad hoc, already, begun, being, coeval, commenced, contemporaneous, contemporary, current, even now, existent, extant, going on, immediate, in duration, in process, instant, just now, modern, nowadays, present-day, prompt, started, today, topical, under consideration, up-to-date

You've picked a word that, for me, has too many meanings to try to identify a synonym. The Encarta Dictionary provides these meanings,

2. vt to make a gift or award of something to somebody
3. vt to offer formally something such as compliments or apologies to somebody (formal)
4. vt to show or display something in a particular way
5. vt to put something forward for inspection or consideration, typically in a formal or official manner or capacity
6. vt to pose a problem or difficulty to somebody
7. vt to put a charge before a court of law so that it can be considered or tried
8. vt to introduce a young woman formally into fashionable society
9. vt to introduce somebody formally, especially to somebody of higher rank
10. vt to introduce, or act as the host of, a television or radio program or an infomercial
11. vt to bring a movie, play, or other form of entertainment to the public
12. vt to represent something or somebody in a particular way in the arts
13. vr to appear, especially at an appointed time and place
14. vr to come into being or happen
15. vi to exhibit the specified symptom or symptoms on examination
16. vi to appear during the process of being born (refers to a fetus)
17. vi to produce a particular impression, especially a favorable one (formal)
