Is it against the law to crop your picture and insert in your notes (money)?

Question

On one side of the money has the scenery picture, and i have taken my picture with the same angle with that picture. If i crop my pic and insert at the (picture of the money), with the word "specimen", is it against the law?

As long as the serial numbers can not be seen!
I did that in school, pass out fake dollars to get the students to vote for me as treasurer.......I won!

"Well," the man replied, "you don't know where you are, or where you are going. You got into your predicament through a lack of planning, and could have avoided it by asking for help before you acted. You expect me to provide an instant remedy. The fact is you are in the exact same position you were in before we met, but now it is somehow my fault." Does this have anything to do with he book Of Mice and Men?!? (like the characters!)

Well, technically it is, but most don't care. It is defacing government property. However, that's a fairly common practice. I suggest that you also print on the bill that it is NOT legal tender, and that you remove the serial numbers.
