Make sure you keep yourself and anything you are using to masturbate with clean. You should also remember that your penis is a delicate organ and you can scar or bruise it or even damage the tissues if you use too much force. Be clean and be careful.

There really isn't a correct answer. Masturbation is a natural thing. So occasionally doing it I would say is not unhealthy

Masturbation is nothing more than a sexual release performed solo. Sex in itself is not unhealthy, so there is no way masturbation is physically unhealthy. There are many guys that find they really enjoy mutual masturbation.

If, on the other hand, you avoid doing other things in order to masturbate or engage in any kind of sex, then you're using sex as an escape mechanism. But the same could be said for TV, over-eating, or spending too much time on the computer.

Again, as far as your gonads are concerned, masturbation is no different than any other kind of sex. It's your mind that considers them different from one another.

Well there is a theory that the longer you go without sex, and I assume masturbation, the longer you live. Because you're made to procreate, so if your body isn't doing that it will do whatever possible to maintain you the longest possible to assure reproductive success(even perceived reproductive success).

But, it's shown to release good hormones like sex does, so it seems better in study(instead of theory) to masturbate than to abstain.

It's very healthy. Occasional or even daily masturbation is great to reduce stress, relieve sexual tension, and keep your prostate healthy.

If not getting any regularly, it's a really good tension release. I know f I have trouble sleeping, I have good pull on it, and after I sleep like a baby.,...Have fun and enjoy...Jim

The answer is simple, don't think so much.

If you do masturbation 10 times continuously, are you always healthly?
