Our choices take us in directions, some good and some bad. We make much better choices when we are refreshed and energetic. Along the way we recognize that destiny is mostly our choices, but we also sense something more that equates to fate.

No, its an illusion. Your life and death are often innterupted by forces beyond our control. We can control our reaction to events not the events
