Through spiarcles(8 pairs interconnected to each other) present on their body Two pairs in thoracic region and eight pairs in the abdominal region present ventrolaterally during inhalation all pores are open but during exhalation only 1st thoracic&1st abdominal are open. the spiracles lead to the long tube like stuctures called trachioles.these long tubes than get highly branched and penetrate into the tissues there the gasous exchange takes place.
