The aurora ticket is to get lugia, right?
well, the only way is to get pretty much any of the tickets is by going to an Nintendo Special Event. You can also get them with gamesharks and action replay(i think)

Theres three tickets you can obtain in FireRed:
1st-after you beat Blanine, allows you access to islands 1-3
2nd-after you defeat the elite 4 and get the national dex-islands 4-7 (aurora ticket)
3rd-mystic ticket is obtained through a nintendo event or by going to the Pokemon Center in new york at one of the joyspots and getting the ticket into your game. With this you can capture several legendary Pokemon.

i have firered i want both the aurora and the other ticket but the only way to get its to go to US or Japan i forgot exctly were and they give it to u there i now i didnt give much info but that's wat i rember with em u can catch ho-ho,lugia and deoxys(by the way there r 3 deoxys but u only find 1 and in leaf green u find the other type but the other i donnu were)
