U.S may have created few troubles in the past for many countries but this time they may not be able to execute their plans. And their are very obvious reasons. They are already under a lot of pressure due to their failure in the Iraq and Iran is a nuke capable country.

No...we have been real friends with Iran in the past. But we are really concerned about the extremists getting hold of a Nuclear Weapon when they are proclaiming they will wipe out Israel. and try it on us! Don't we have a right to pay attention?
I think at the time, Britain was worried about anything happening to the hostages....they knew we would come to their aid if they needed it. Remember they have very liberal and left leaning newspapers...just like we do.....and Bush was very careful not to rock the boat....
I bet now, they are already doing something differently so this won't occur again....they will be more ready to fight back!

Just a thought, why does an oil rich country, spend it's time on only nuclear power. Their current President has stated he wishes the destruction of Israel, (Clearly public record) and your cannot do much damage with a barrel of oil.
