I'm not sure I completely understand your question. But, I believe you are thinking of World Showcase at EPCOT. You can visit attractions for Mexico, Norway, United Kingdom, Canada, France, Morrocco, China, Germany, Italy, Japan as well as the American Adventure. They all offer information on the country as well as shopping, food samples, some offer restaurants, and there is also rides in some of the countries. Very interesting place to visit and some of the best food in Disney, in my opinion.

you would go to epcot theme park to see the countries around the world , right now is a nice time to go they are having the annual flower festival

Epcot, it is like a giant mall of most of world it is fabulous. (hint: it is great durting the food and wine festival)
