I was 8 years old when my older brother dared me to. I was so scared, but after I said it three times and nothing happened I felt like the luckiest kid in the world. That and I nearly had to change my shorts after the third time I said Bloody Mary.

yeah but nothing happened!!!
never did try spirit of the glass though...my friends did it in their backyard at night and the lights went out (in the whole subdivision which probably was just coincidence) then a black cat appeared out of nowhere, a soft breeze passed by and they would swear it actually moved just once during that moment!
but who knows....

I tried it several different ways, all to no avail. Silly wench stood me up every time. So did the Candyman. And I was never ONCE attacked while showering alone in the dark. Even the monsters don't want me. Well now I'm depressed. Thanks.

Yeah, I was really hoping to kick some demon A$$, but nothing happened. It was a real disappointment for me.

OMG!!!! YES, me & my best friend that lived next door to me, we did that at her house all the time in the early 70's, we always saw mary dressed in white & blue!!!!
