No ways you call that slow run rate. What did you expected him to do come out all cylinders firing and then falling cheaply like others. He was consolidating the innings. These talks of him playing slowly is rubbish. And the question of sacking him does not even arise. At the moment he was a strong contender for captaincy.

No. He should not be sacked. Because he is scoring at least some runs but the other players are not even making a single run.

well though he is scoring below par for an odi batsmen.he should not be sacked because he is doing far better then other players in the indian team.also he needs time to adjust after so long a break

no way. he is lower than himself but atleast better than other seniors in the team. a senior free team is a disaster. his latest average proves it.
