Hi, myself my partner and two children would like to move to California U.S.A. I am disabled only have one leg and have no real qualifications to shout about but am looking at getting a bit of compensation money, as i wont have alot to offer apart from financial security i am sure that i would find it a struggle to get accepted. Could someone please give me as much information as possible as to what i would need to do to get accepted to be a Californian resident. Oh yes the partners mum lives in New York but she has only just got all her cards and all that stuff after five years.

You may want to consider attending university in the U.K. and getting some marketable skills before applying to come to the U.S. he more you have to offer, as you know, the better your chances.

If your partners mother is a permanent resident of the U.S. she can sponsor you, which again would be to your benefit, but of course she would have to be able to prove the financial resources to do so.

Right now the time to immigrate to the U.S. from the U.K. is running at around five years ... if you took two years to get more education and more to offer, then applied, your chances would be enough better to make it worthwhile to do so. Also, your partners Mum may be in a better place to sponsor you by that time as well.

Awwww i think so sorry for this little boy, he probable would not know if he's coming or going. he continues to be a touch one himself fairly at 3. As others have stated, he replaced into there lengthy before you and your new infant, so i imagine, because the adult in this courting, it is your duty to be welcoming, supportive and emotionally in music at the same time with the doorstep son. I take excitement in this per chance confusing at situations, yet even organic and organic babies would properly be confusing and characteristic emotional united statesand downs, highly if the mothers and fathers chop up and bicker. i imagine you want to inform your self from correct this second you'll make the attempt, you'll journey the storms and also you'd be a worrying, forgiving and supportive step mom. in case you could't do this, your correct, you'll lose your courting and the daddy on your infant. i'm hoping that doesnt sound too harsh, yet with yet another infant on the way, now is not any time for jealousy as even as your infant receives older issues will definately worsen and your toddler will change into jealous of its 1/2 brother too. Recipe for disaster!
