No not all women get them. A good skin care routine will assist with a good moisturiser ideally one with cocoa butter in it. Also if you look after your skin a moisturise before you are pregnant this will help too along with regular exercise which helps tone the body and skin.

Women who are overweight before becoming pregnant and during it tend to show stretch marks more. As for becoming baggy after the baby is born, good diet and real exercise is the answer. Speed walking and normal morning work outs is a start. If you had a C section then do this only after things have healed and do not over do it. In time your body will come back into shape. There is no way to prevent stretch marks and some women show it more than others

no. It all depends on how much elasticity you have in your skin. Vitamin E is good for you, and I mean taking it internally. I believe that taking vitamin E over the years is what helped me. (and I didn't rub anything on my stomach)

I did..you either do or you don't.
I look at mine as part of a picture of my life, just the same as a few wrinkles and the odd grey hair.
I'm quite proud of them (but obviously if I didn't have them I'd be happy too ;-) ...)
