I of coarse forgot how it goes but it goes like this "Where were you when we were high," then it said some kind of natural even like a meteor or something like that. I'm sorry that this is hard but I got to know this song!

It's the song "Champagne Supernova" from the album (What's the Story) Morning Glory by the English band Oasis. I believe the lyrics are "Where were you when we were getting high" As with most of Oasis's songs, this song was written by Noel Gallagher and sung by his brother (and constant enemy) Liam.

For me, this song greatly defines what the 90s were (for those too young to remember) and it's definitely one of Oasis's better songs during their peak.
