Wow. The last person who posted an answer has got to be one of the most prejudice people I've seen on here. People with tattoos and piercings are ''Dumb"? Wow..... I have tattoo's.... but you can't see them. So if you just looked at me, would you say I was dumb? Maybe, maybe not, but according to your statement, you wouldn't. Then if I showed you that I have a tattoo or two, I would suddenly become stupid? You should think about what you are saying before you say it and work on not being such an ignorant #!$%@. To answer the original question... They may or may not hire someone with tattoo's or piercings showing. If they don't it is because people like the last guy who would complain or shop elsewhere because someone had a tattoo.

Not if they want smart people. Think about it. If you took all the Americans and lined them up with the smartest at one end of the line and the dumbest at the other... which end would have the most tattoos and peircings?

Although, Albertson's probably doesn't pay real well, so they might not get applicants from the smart end... hmmmm Good question!

Most companies and businesses want to hire those who not only act professional but look professional. Many customers do not respond well to people with multiple piercings and tattoos. That's not a criticism, it's just a fact!
