No, because the whatever showers are made of these days (excluding tiled ones) will pretty much dry back to a shine. The tempered glass shower walls can look streaky if they are clear and a squeegy is good for this, but if is textured you will not see the streaks. If you look at your shower and it looks dirty, then it is really, really dirty. I always clean it after I have given the dogs a bath! How often you clean it depends on how many people are showering how often, and in my case, I have a few teenagers and my husbands shaves in the shower (gross) so I clean it a few times a week.

If you want to lessen the cleaning chore, just squeege your shower walls down when exiting the shower and you won't have to clean so much, if you don't want to do this then just spray with a solution of rubbing alcohol mixed with equal amount of water your amounts can be as desired, also once or twice a week is sufficient to keep your shower clean

My mother insists that she needs to use a squeegee to clean the shower after every shower. Not me! I clean the entire bathroom once a week, but to keep the shower stall sparkling clean, after it's been cleaned I spray Pledge on the walls (don't get on the floor, it'll be slippery and cause falls!) and then for about a week, the water runs right off them not leaving mineral deposits or soap scum.

No, I don't I'm to lazy for that. I clean it at least once a week. I know if I dried it after each shower it would cut down on cleaning, but everyone in the family would have to do it also and that's not happening.

I hate a Scummy shower curtain. I feel contaminated if it touches my skin, I have a fabric outer curtain and I use plastic liners on the inside. I buy cheap liners at the dollar store and replace them about once a month. Usually by then the shower curtain is just starting to look scummy and my kids have ripped every second hole across the top. Its a cheap, work free way to have a fresh curtain all of the time.

Most times at least: It has saved me a lot of trouble as far as cleaning goes. A convenient spray bottle of diluted Lysol helps too.

I clean it as little as possible.
It should be self cleaning... how come when I clean myself in the shower, that doesn't automatically clean the shower too?!
