Not sure I quite understand, but I'll take a stab at it.
Present reality is dependent on the things that surround you. Would my reality be drastically different, I don't think so. I may not live where I do if I hadn't found and loved my husband. But the basic essence of who I am would be the same. I am who I am because of me, not necessarily because of the people who I love and love me.
Did that make sense?

I'm not sure that I understand what the heck you're talking about but reality is the same all the time. Only my perception of reality might be affected by feelings.

Yes my reality would still be the same regardless of my feelings for someone, however...sometimes i tend to lose track of reality cuz of my feelings for someone...

I think your subjective reality determines your actions in objective reality.
If one is not hungry, then you will not move to eat correct?
Whatever you are feeling and thinking will determine what actions you want or will not take.
