It depends on who you are and what you like to do. For some it is just a matter of minutes. For others it's 24 hours. But for many, it is about 1-5 hours.
If you use a computer at work, it's not really how reasonable it is, it's how much you would like to keep your job.
If you don't consider that in the equation, then it's about 1-5 hours for most users.
I play games a lot and most of my time is spent on a computer. When I'm not working, I spend about 8 hours on a computer on average.

It depends if you have to work on a computer at work as well. If so, the rate would be higher. For personal use, I don't try to give a limit, because some people could be out doing worse things than being on the PC.

whatever you personally feel comfortable with. Well don't spend the whole day on the computer, but a couple of hours is good.

well, usually just about 30 minutes to catch up with friends or check your myspace etc. Yet, some people are gamers :) and we will be on for like 2 hours or longer

Depends what you are doing. As far as internet just surfing maybe 1 hour a day. If you're doing work it is unlimited.
