I think that I'd have to say Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. I really like amusement parks, and Disney World is definitely one of the finest, unique, and most fun amusement parks in existence. Each of its four parks, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Disney Studios, and Epcot, have a wide selection of rides for various ages. Also, the food is delicious and the fireworks are great!

New York. It's filled with many sights for tourists (Empire Stae Building, Statue of Liberty, etc.), and you can visit all the burrows that are filled with many different cultures (China Town!). You can also be in the Today Show audience (it's free), and maybe even see a Broadway musical!

I will choose China - Guilin - a city of natural rock formations superbly preserved! The second choice would be India which may require more than one visit - one to cover major attractions in the North and another to cover similar things in the South!
