There are tons of "booths" around Orlando that are offering free or deeply discounted tickets to area attractions. When you talk with them, they will inform you that it is a timeshare. While it is great to get the free tickets, you actually aren't getting as much as you could. If you call the timeshare, they usually give you much more than just free tickets. I definitely wouldn't want to go through one just to get the tickets for free.
Usually it takes several hours, you start out early in the morning, get done later in the afternoon. They usually start by showing you a room, then walking you around the property, showing you a video about the program, then discussing it with you. Then, they will try to come up with a deal for you, after you say know they will give you a few more prices. Finally, they get their manager who offers you the best price they can, and then you can usually get away at that point. Just remember, if you don't sit through the whole thing you won't get your tickets, so just be sure to wait it out.
These timeshare programs are very high pressure and it is not necessarily something that will be enjoyable. They want the sale and when you say no, they usually aren't very happy (not very good at hiding it either) Most of them work off of commission, but a good majority of the people that go through are there just for the free things and have no plans of buying, so they make nothing for their time, or very little, so they are usually pretty frusterated when someone isn't interested.
Just make sure you are aware of an requirements. A lot of these programs require you to be a certain age, married, make a certain amount, etc. So make sure you know what they require before hand.
But aside from the timeshare thing, I don't really know of any other ways to get free tickets.

Try a time share condo presentation. Many will offer free tickets for seeing their presentation. Be warned: they are VERY hard sell. There are a lot of bureaus in Orlando which offer such things.

Once you get in Orlando, you will see many offers of "free tickets or $100 cash".
A scam in my opinion.
