I have to work till nine tonight and think I should have Easter off to spend with the family... just so that I dont feel alone does anyone else have to work on this Holiday?

Nope - no work here.
Sucks to be an American sometimes. The country was founded on Judeo-Christian values but religious holidays such as Good Friday and Easter aren't recognized as real holidays. Here in Canada other than convenience stores (7-11, etc) and maybe restaurants you can't find almost anything open on Good Friday or Easter. Even Easter Monday is a holiday for a lot of people (particularly banks and government offices).
I'm not saying either country is right or wrong, it's just interesting to see the difference.

hi i'm sorry to hearken to what had occurred the day previous. Whoever pushed you needs to get a life. lol get properly quickly. I wasn't off correct this second, I in simple terms went at hand all my A2 aspect pix artwork in. and that i do not could are available day after today, yay!. won't be able to trust i have made one hundred% atendence this 365 days, properly almost i imagine. were given to come back in on the Monday, then something of the week is evaluation week and is going for like 6 weeks. i love cookies too. Yum yum.

I don't but my best friend has to work till midnight, and she doesn't get any extra pay for the holiday, and she has small children as well.....I hope you still have a good Easter despite the fact that you have to work.

I don't work yet........I go to school!~! I am in 8th grade. I have 10 days off. Sorry that u have to work! Happy Easter......I am sure some day when I have a job, I'll have to work on Easter~!~

I had to work graveyard starting 11 pm saturday night, and until 7:30 easter morning... but i do get my whole day at home with my son!! (:

I do too. I work every Sunday, I am going to look for another job, it has nothing to do w/working the weekends though. I am just so done w/all the drama at this one.

I just got off after working 10 hrs (all night) & I have to go to my other job in 3 hrs & work all day.

yep i gotta gotta go to work too. I'm a nurse. Gotta go to work at the hospital today. atleast you're not alone. but i dont have to work too late. just from 4pm to 10 pm.
