so i've been confused with this random leg pain, it occurs all at random times like if I'm sitting, laying down or walking. I feel these little spikes of pain up and below my knee. Sometimes it's when I wake up or before I fall asleep.

But it's like a pulsing pain, it's doesn't stay but it goes away and then comes back. My family is not known for any knee related symptoms. It's been happening for awhile now.

I have been getting good sleep and my legs should be ok, is it I need to get more exercise? blood flow something?

thanks guys.

Try getting a little more potassium or b-complex vitamins, and a little exercise wouldn't hurt.

But it might indeed be related to the circulation in your legs: My grandfather had trouble with that for years, and eventually his leg muscles atrophied because he refused to get it treated.

A check-up might be in order. Good luck!
