reboot logging in as adminstrator (safe mode if you have to) and then check users in control panel.

log in using a safe mode prompt. to do this follow this steps:

1. restart your pc
2. simultaneously press F8 until the boot menu pops out
3. choose safe mode
4. wait a couple of minutes usually 2-3mins.
5. then your admin account is their

Normally this account sets up without a password, so following advice of other answers should get you in. I would be inclined to set a password to the administrator account, as it is otherwise wide open to anyone who manages to break into your system, and everyone knows the name is there. If, however there is already password set you will need to ask whoever set it.

have you tired going to RCLICK my computer then manage then users and groups. the admins account name should be displayed on there.

If you are using windows, it is best to go to Control, then find user. It was probably never set up. SO set up how to log into your own computer, passwords etc.
