I dont mean to be rude but..I think Americans have a tendency to be arrogant when it comes to talking about the chinese. For example, go to youtube and search for "pablo francisco" and you can get all these very, very racist comedian videos which i dont even find funny.

Every country in the world will swear to you and the rest of the world that they are never ever racially discriminating. To admit to any potentially damaging policy is crazy. Politicians and Governments will take the high road every time
But you and the rest of the world are not fooled at all. The citizens who man the government offices and buildings will show to the world their own personal prejudices. It wont be their countries "official" policy.

No democratic government currently has a policy of racial discrimination.
It's a policy of the people...... & these people can be found in parts of the UK, Germany, the USA among others.........
I find that Americans exist along a broad range of opinions: some are very nice people & very helpful while others will hate you on sight just bcoz of your skin color or your accent.

Generally most countries don't have an official policy of racial discrimination. Unless you count quotas prohibiting whites from applying for jobs.
