...I believe that it "exists"..... Sadly, much of it's teaching is not from Scripture but from the Roman Church and Old-men with big titles wearing clothing that looks like they just stepped off a chess board... I believe much of their teaching are "religious gymnastics" that do NOT come from Gods Word... No where in Scripture are "we" to call any man "father" except the One in Heaven...read from The Book of Matthew, Chapter 23 vs.9... No where in Scripture does it forbid the eating of "certain foods"... No where in Scripture do it say we need to carry "special" beads and recite special prayers, over and over...no where... No where in Scripture does it have us light candles or rings bells or wave smoke around...no where... these are all "religious" gymnastic traditions that accomplish nothing... No where in Scripture does it give a "man" the authority to give absolution for sin in Jesus Name...no where...and No where does Jesus ever set up a title of a man as "Pope" to be the head of a "religion".
Jesus is the Head of the Church...(period)... "Religion" is a slippery slope in trying to have a "relationship" with God... The Roman Church holds its people bound in religion...Jesus said... "you shall know the Truth and the Truth shall make you free"....

No. My Christian faith is placed in the Bible; much of Catholicism is man-made tradition that has no Biblical authority.

I was raised as Catholic, but no longer practice.

I really don't believe in ANY organized religion. All of it was made up by men in power to supress others into doing their will.

The basic principles of most religions seem to mean well...Love others, don't steal or kill, etc....But the religions themselves become corrupted by people who want to profit from and control others.

So my answer is no.

a big NOOOOO......!!!! catholicism is like animism. catholic saints are like the anitos (idols, also includes spirit of those who past away and spirits of all creations) in the pre-hispanic Philippines. its teachings, if you analyze closely, are far from Biblical things so why trust that fake religion? its worthless....
