im a girl. but i need really strong abs for ballet.
any exercises i can do at home every day?

start out with putting on your favorite up beat songs and then start the sit ups/crunches
the most important thing is to make sure that you are actually doing the sit ups correctly
think of going straight up instead of folding your self in half
you can do a million sit ups the wrong way and not feel anything but if you do just 5 correct ones you start to feel the burn
if you do about four minuets of crunches/ sit ups a day you will become a lot stronger quite quickly
instead of doing all sit ups balance in plank for 30 seconds then come down for five seconds then try it again
repetition and doing them correctly are the key

bicycles. put your hands behind your head and lift one leg to the opposite knee do 25 on each side.

do sit ups and then after that do lifts which is the opposite so you don't hurt your self.
