Well...there is a cheat that you can get to allow teenagers to have children/get pregnant because I used it several times. You can find it on modthesims2.com along with a few other hacks. I'm not sure if anyone has created a cheat to get them married on the Sim2 however.

no unfortunately u cant. i have tried many times. there are some really good hacks out there though where it can help you but i have dowloaded them and found no change.
www.modthesims2.com is a great website for hacks,mods and just sims dowloads so if you can it will be there! good luck!

no, they can't. only adults can get married and have children. college sims can only get engaged, but not married and have children.
