I was just in the middle of doing it when i noticed this question and now the fly's legged it so my probability is even less than zero.If you want a truly serious answer then ask stephane cos he reckons that these questions are all stupid but he's the one who's reading them!

It depends on the surface area of the room, the fly's size and velocity, the chopsticks' size and velocity, and the accuracy of whoever's holding the chopsticks.
Just use a flyswatter.
