Good morning...Since I'm a devoted democrat it's hard for me to pinpoint on who might honestly win for the Republican candidate. Now I have read most of their backgrounds on who they are and some of their ideals and there were a couple that "stood out" from the others. John McCain was one and the other was Jim Gilmore. I'm not too impressed with Giuliani but he might be the winner! Who knows but I just hope and pray it's someone better than the last president. Have a great day!

Rudy Giuliani.
I've seen a few polls around, and most of them have said Giuliani is in the lead right now.

My guess is John McCain because his poll numbers show that he could beat Hilary Clinton, at least, they used to. As to who will actually be the nominee, that remains to be seen. Mitt Romney is also a strong possibility, so they might be on the same ticket.
