Some days I drift in my thoughts...
Embracing memories of you and me holding
one another with great affection.
Today, I feel empty inside...
My feelings are weak as my eyes begin
to water for unknown reasons.
An emotional moment where I'm unsure
if you really care about me.
Maybe I need you by my side...
Maybe I long for your gentle touch...
Maybe I miss you and I'm feeling lonely...
Hold me tonight,
so tomorrow I may be filled with
fond memories of you close to my heart.
