Yahoo doesn't ban ppls I.P's cuz they are a world wide company with millions of users. Some of which don't have Internet access at home and have go to a library(or some other place with Internet) to get on-line to check their email and whatever. If Yahoo was to ban that library's I.P it would screw alotta Innocent ppl just cuz someone was trolling Y!A
Alsoo Some ppl have I.P addresses that change whenever you sign on.

I hope Cheryl B and her sis gets banned because i've seen some of the content they have posted and it's perfect to be banned.

Because they don't subscribe to this theory. You can have the same people who post nasty pictures of themselves and they seem to come back all the time. It's really disgusting. I have to wonder if they didn't get enough attention as children or what?

Because all you need to do is create a new identity and a new e-mail address, that way yahoo won't know it's the same person
