I like Fiesta by R.Kelly, I like that reggea bass, how can I make it, or what bass I need, or give me a website where I can purchase that bass.

The bass in this song is made either with the lower strings on an acoustic guitar, or with an acousitc bass guitar (probably the former). In part of the song they put a limiter on the sound to just have the bass range - not something you can do easily to an acoustic instrument outside of the recording studio.

You could easily play this bassline on an acoustic guitar.
