Over-rated:
Paris- She lets the computers do the work.
Hilary- She is too nasally and I can her were the studio did work on her songs.
Fantasia- Its sounds like a toddler crying.

I actually think that Britney isn't that over-rated. Her voice is pretty good and her songs (you all can admit) get catchy at one point in time, even if she is nuts at the time.
Under-rated:
There are are many under-rated singers because the ones that are always in the media steal the spotlight.
