It really depends on your budget. If thats is a concern, the mazda is the way to go, but if its not, I like the Boxter S. Even though some of the cars you listed may beat it on paper, the Porsche is a tough competitor, and probably better engineered, and more reliable.
P.S. it looks pretty bad a$$ too.

Porsche Boxster S. Cannot beat the Porsche chassis or transmission. Same for looks.
I'd take a Saturn Sky (especially a red-line) way before a Pontiac Solstice, but that's just me. Looks better, angles over curves.

The Mazda and the Honda are the only other two I would consider purchasing. Mainly for reliability, but they are also nice and light, great for tossing about

I would drive the Pontiac Solstice or a Peugeot 307 CC (coupe convertible), are pretty cool. I didn't know that SAAB has convertible cars

I would choose the Mazda MX-5 to drive because, for one, they're just so damn hot! Fell in love with that car the first time I laid my eyes on it. Too f-ing cool how the top tucks into the back so smoothly! And the lines on it are just so...sexual! And it's quick too! Mazda's innovative style and great sound system make it a have-to-have! Have fun! & thanks for the great question!
