why wont my mirrors move, is it a fuse or relay, or could both motors have blown at the same time, i know that once set you shouldn't need to adjust but now has 2 drivers and one driver needs to adjust the driving position

My Megane sometimes has "interesting" electrical issues. Don't spend money on motors until the fuse has been checked (you can surely do this yourself) and - if the fuse is ok - I'd recommend getting an auto electician to look at it as well.
My windscreen wipers stopped working so I got a new motor...then realised that the wipers were now controlled via the heating dial (ie the motor was fine - but the electrics were playing up). The auto electrician bypassed the problem in a few minutes.

most likely the switch [the common element between 2 simultaneous failures.] if was a fuse problem shared circuits would not function such as dome lamp, clock, lighter etc.

if it isnt the fuses or the relay it could be the mirror control switch

you may have to adjust a gear on either the DC motor or another gear that runs on the dc gear
