well im up to traverse town where you have to ring the bell three times to fight opposite armour. I try to use the red trinity to get to the bell but when i do Sora and co. just stand there doing nothing. The game isnt frozen i can pause and unpause and the music i still playing. I have tried restarting but nothing happens please help! Thanks in advance

Did you add any cheats? If not. Completly shut down the PS2 you are using (take out the game) and unplug the PS2. Turn it back on and it should work, you might have dust in it which is causing it to freeze. I've had this problem before, you'll need to get the dust out of the disc tray and it should work fine.
If not, it means theres dust on the sensor and you'll need to clean your PS2 completly which can be difficult and if you do the wrong thing it can cause harm/destroy your PS2.

do you have the red trinity ability?
that might be quite important.
