Since velocity is relative, you cannot perceive that aspect of being on a spinning earth. In general, though, you *can* tell if you're rotating. If nothing else, it makes you dizzy (an inner ear thing). However, rotating once every 24 hours is much to slow to notice.

Well we do feel it. At least if you live in the tropics. The earths wind and weather patters are to a large extent the result of the earth rotating. It´s called the Coriolis effect. But as for not feeling directly that the earth is rotating, that is because the earth is rotating at a constant pace. If you are in a car driving at a constant speed on a really straight and smooth road you would hardly know that you were moving.

Maybe you're just used to the feeling?

When was the last time you were on Earth when it wasn't rotating on it's axis?

;D

we don't sense its flow because of the gravitation pull of the Earth and the main reason is that the Earth is rotating on its axis very very slowly so u are no longer able 2 sense it...merely think of....24hrs for a million rotation that meand its a protracted long term expensive!!! wish it facilitates u!!!

How would you feel it? By the rush of wind on your face? The atmosphere is also rotating with the earth.

We can't really feel velocity or direction, only acceleration. Since the earth and its atmosphere moves at a constant speed and we are rooted to it by gravity, we can't feel anything. We also can't feel ourselves revolving around the sun at something like 67,000 miles per hour.
