Every 15-20 minutes take your hand off the mouse, wiggle your fingers and /or hang your hand at a level below your waist. Also try alternating left and right hands for short periods. Wouldn't hurt to get off the computor occasionally.

your getting neve damage and the early stages of carp tunnel syndrome .get a cts brace and take your hand off the mouse ,move your shoulder around in a circle,but take care before 1 day you'll wake up crying in the night with pain

Poor guy, I think you have phobia against computer. I think you are better off meditating while you are using computer. Just think about: " I shall overcome, I shall overcome, I shall overcome you one day, silly computer!". Then it will be alright.
You can also try other means to control computer without using mouse. Think about Stephen Howkins....
Also remember that mouse is small. If it bite you, hammer it. See who is stronger!

Is this a problem?
Do you become numb?
If your hands are freezing you could wear a gloves on your mouse hand.
Also having a warm cup of coffee helps :D
