A Dream About Having Intercourse With A Man?

Question

Last week I was reading some ancient literature about dreams, and was curious what it would mean for a man to dream of having intercourse with another man. I did not search for an answer then. But yesterday I dreamt that I was having sexual intercourse with a man, there were eight men, and they were all waiting for me to sleep with them. I only slept with one of them.

I am not gay, and have a free attitude towards gays. I was doing a sort of research about them a month ago on the internet, met a lot; associated with them. I know I am not gay; but why would I have a dream having intercourse with one of eight men??

To answer the guy who asked whether it was pleasurable: I was in shock. Couldn't exactly make out whether it was pleasurable or not.

Dream about sex regardless of the other persons gender is typically not about sex at all.

It's your brain getting rid of what you don't want that's all. It is not a green light for anything just a means of your mind relieving all the brains disorders. It happens all the time about everything in your life. Dreams are the defence mechanism of the brains phycology to rid yourself of all extraneous matter from the days, work, or weeks hard work. Everyone dreams whether they remember or not. If they didn't the individual would quickly go insane in a matter of a week to two weeks.
You say you aren't homosexual but have been doing research on the subject. Your brain just rid you of any extraneous matter left over from all the thought you've been processing on the matter. That's all it is my man.

Dreams are weird,maybe you had that thought for a sec in your head and that is what made it occur in your dreams.I can think sometimes of the most minisucle things just for half a sec and all of a sudden when i go to sleep i end up having a whole dream about it.Everybody has a wacky conscience!

A dream is a dream. Your subconscious just had too much of the research. Often, the subconscious picks up trivial things in life and they sort of mold together to form a picture, but that's just it and nothing more.

Our sleeping dreams are a collective of images we gather from our active life. You have not had that style of activity you suggest except in your dream. So it is not an active style.

Also, you may think you had sex in the awakening stages of dreaming, but you probably dramatized it, what you thought, because it was such a startling combination of events.

For all you know your heterosexual sex with an opposite, that usually occurs, may have been mixed in. I suggest this because of your monogamous statement of belief "you gave only to one, from what you said you dreamed.

u don't say if it was a pleasurable dream or a scary dream or what--did u wake up in a cold sweat? u probably just had this dream b/c u were reading about this subject and it stuck in yr mind.
