Actually, Bill was extremely successful, but the folks' obsession with his personal affairs tainted it. Dumbya is a disaster, I agree; the undefeatable ultimate low in history.

I guess when I think back on his presidency, what strikes me the most is all the things he and Hillary STOLE from the White House along with the long list of people who mysteriously died when he was in office. BTW, I think Mr. Bush has character!

Well he did take the country from a defecit to a surplus. The country now has a large defecit.
President Clinton did a lot to help peace in the Middle East and tried to work things out diplomatically. I hate the idea of welfare especally when during his tenure it paid more than the average hourly wage, so it could actually prove more beneficial to be on welfare than work for minimum wage.
I should also point out that the minimum wage did go up a few times during his tenure. He enhanced our image abroad. I think with us being wrapped up in the sex scandal he made happen. We didn't focus as much on terrorism until after 9/11.
Overall, I think he did a lot for this country and we just need someone in 2008 who unites us all.

I provide Clinto an F because of the fact like each Democrats he ran on Democratic principals and administered republican regulations for many individuals of his words. maximum individuals of Reagan's deregulation provides have been performed by potential of Clinton; the financial deregulation that contributed to the modern crash is his. Nafta/Gatt/WTO replaced into achieved by potential of him, the fairness Doctrine replaced into eradicated by potential of him, and he did greater to interrupt unions than Reagan ever considered. in case you enjoyed Reagan you may have enjoyed Clinton different than you have been brainwashed by potential of communicate radio and did no longer have the intellegence to envision and understand what replaced into fairly happening on the time and have been probable are a republican.

Clinton was a poor President. Straight out.
I'll reserve my judgement on Bush until a few years after his Presidency ends. I agree with some things he's done, but to tell you the truth I have been dissatisfied with him... At least he stands by his convictions, though, you have to at least give him that.

Bill Clinton was an abject failure. He inherited a great economy, flirted endlessly with Hollywood, ignored national security, and chased down cheese burgers and cheesy interns to the complete detriment of the city of New York, the pentagon, potentially the White House, and the nation.

Clinton's biggest asset was a cozy relationship to the media, which Bush lacks.
If you have the intellect to see through that, you'll reverse your judgments on both. Clinton was a zero, and Bush is just above mediocre.

On a scale of 1-10 10 being best 1 being worst.. Clinton scores a 1.
Clinton was weak on everything but public speaking.. He could sure swindle a crowd, but when it came to actually doing something he was worthless.

Clinton's personal life showed a lack of moral judgement but as a political leader he did a competent job.
