To actually place a photograph of yourself as an avatar? Or if not scared, then why?

I'm not scared, i do have a real photo on my 360...
I just didnt change the Avatar because i like my Avatar too - it resembles me.
Just don't post any identity info or actual locations.
I always keep a safe internet profile... that's why we have screen names & we can block, and set profiles on private, etc...
Keep the photos small - besides web images are low resolutions, the image will only be a 72dpi if someone trys to copy & save the photo it, it will be unclear and will not be able to zoom in any larger
This is not too different from a college online class where you real names + photos + emails is exposed to all the members.

Im scared to place a photograph of myself as an avatar! Because my hair is so good, im scared that all the girls will mob me and fight with each other over me!!

Nah .. Somehow, my avatar looks almost exactly like a cleaned up cartoon picture of myself would.
Well, maybe if it looked a few years older .. :)

no i would actually love to have pictures online, unfortunately i don't have a digital camera and no idea of how to put them on from actual photos, see i'm technically challenged. lolol 360 and answers is about all i can do on the computer.

I am not scared to have my photo, I just chose not too, but it is on display on my 360 page and everyone can look. I am who I am and I look how I look that is all.
