My girlfriend is suffering with bad period pains and she is also coughing up a little blood any thoughts ?

The period before last was so bad i nearly took her to casualty in the middle of the night.Unbearable stomach pain,the last one was'nt so bad but this one is worse than normal.This morning she mentioned she can taste blood in her mouth and is coughing up small amounts in the morning.She is a smoker,but not heavy.

She needs to go back to the dr to have this checked out to see what could be causing all this. The coughing up of blood could mean something serious. The dr will help her try to figure out what the problem could be.
